Athlete to Artist is based on the belief that participation and success in
sports and fitness can be accomplished in a safe and effective manner.
Taking care of your body is of the utmost importance to achieve your goals. I am committed to creating programs and classes that elevate your level of physical performance as well as increasing your knowledge about the care and health of your body.
HISTORY
I spent my early years of figure skating as a synchronized skater and in this venue I started creating off ice conditioning programs and warm up programs for local teams. I wanted to expand my knowledge and life experience, so I completed my Associate Degree
from Norwalk Community College in Exercise Science and became a Personal Trainer
through the American College of Sports Medicine. I studied ballet and lyrical dance, and spent a year as a NFL professional cheerleader with the Buffalo BIlls. I have worked with World Competitors in ice dance and synchronized skating, U.S. Junior National competitors, as well as gymnasts and freestyle skiers.

As I am always looking for tools and techniques to bring skaters to the next level, I recently have been training on the Off Ice Edge platform
under David Lipetz, the creator. My work utilizes traditional strength training, pilates, yoga, plyometric and cardiovascular interval training, as well as innovative methods such as the off ice edge.
I also work with general populations to help individuals achieve a greater level of physical fitness and work through injury to a stronger physical condition.
